I’ve seen some of what Instagram’s algorithm is showing people — I’ve been shown posts that are wildly misleading. I can’t emphasize enough how dangerous it is to let an algorithm be your source of information: so much of it is distorted and false, including claims about Charlie Kirk and who he was. This is not how I get my information, nor should it be how you get yours.
I only get my information from the "Following" tab on X and will not give me information from an algorithm. Most of the people I follow are actual journalists and news sources, not social-media influencers. If any of my followed sources were to ever give me bad information, they’re gone — unfollowed.

Death before the fall
This is a topic for which I have spent much time researching on my own. I have many books from both positions and have read countless articles on Evolution vs Creation. It became somewhat of a passion of mine when I had to defend the Bible with a non-believing co-worker. There is significant science behind young earth creation. I believe the vast majority of Christians believe in old earth creation not because they be taught both positions from a Christian world view, but because they have been taught nothing other than Evolution and millions. Millions of years must be scientifically true because it's universally accepted in secular culture, therefore, most Christians fit Genesis into this view of creation. Science did not discover evolution and millions of years, evolution and millions of years came out of a need to explain our world without the need for a God. The second explains well why I believe in a young earth from the Bible; this is only a defense from the Bible but has references to dive deeper into the science if you want.
